This series, "Clear Waters," consists of three photographs and a light installation that collectively and individually represent and encourage mental freedom. Mental freedom, for me, means detaching from self-imposed unwritten rules that limit my mindset. By becoming aware of these limitations, one can make choices that align better with their true selves. Societal norms often exert pressure, leading individuals to make decisions based on expectations rather than personal fulfillment.
The photographs capture the moment of deciding to forge one's own path, leaving behind the chaos of society. The light installation serves as a visual stimulus for relaxation, allowing the viewer to unwind without processing new information. I believe that this type of art is necessary as we become addicted to visual stimuli, particularly through social media. By providing a visual satisfaction without overwhelming the brain, the installation offers space for the mind to unwind and generate new original ideas.

In my work I aim to create artwork symbolising the liberation from societal rules that individuals continue to impose on themselves. To achieve this, I explore another world—the underwater realm—where different dimensions apply, offering freedom and countless possibilities. My "clear water quest" involves seeking the clearest waters for these photographs, symbolising the clarity that emerges through mental freedom when we choose our own paths.
